Our only concern is the quality of the appliances and some of the issues with construction in our apartment however, it would never change us recommending someone to live here Emily is awesome as well and has been so helpful with our move. We also feel very safe living here, and are so glad we found this great place.

|Recommended: YesIt's been an excellent place to live — We moved in as soon as Modera was open. It's close proximity to the train station, new current kitchen and
bathrooms were a God send when trying to find somewhere to live in Boston. We've been here almost 5 years and the only reason we are leaving is due to a move.

|Recommended: YesWonderful complex, friendly people, quiet living — I've been at Modera Natick for four months and it is fantastic The people are very nice and responsive -- I had a water handle break on my shower and a maintenance person was at my door in 10 minutes. It's quiet yet there is a nice community feel here. I would highly recommend it

|Recommended: YesThis is a Beautiful community, I've been living here since the beginning. — The staff, Brain, John, Sean, and Steve are very professional. Work orders are taken and solved quickly. The community is also close to Mass Pike, Rt. 9, Mall, Commuter Rail, Super Markets, and Schools. This is, for the most part, it is a wonderful community. I would recommend Modera to people live.
